PRS1 stops writing to card after 4 hours

For the last few days Sleepyhead graphs only shows Flow Rate, Mask Pressure, Ins.Time and Exp. Time after about 4 hours. All the other graphs are blank. There's data before that for everything but suddenly nothing but those 4 graphs. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas? Or is it time for a new machine? Model is a 950P Bipap Auto SV Advanced with over 13,000 hrs blower time, about 4.5 years old.

How soon after waking up do you take the card out of the machine? Taking the card out immediately after waking up can sometimes prevent the final data from being written to the card although exactly 4 hours each time doesn't make this explanation very likely.

Have you used SH to look at a prior day's data to see if the problem persists? That is, if the problems shows up on today's data, does it still show up the same way when looking back 2 days ago?

Do you have access to Encore Basic or Encore Pro and does this problem show up in the same way with Encore?

I usually take the card out and update SH in the evenings. Days prior to this starting are all fully populated. I'll check Encore -- Thanks
