encore pro 1.6 unable to connect to specified database

error........my server is on and on auto, im connected to usb port..im going crazy ive searched and i cant find any problems

Do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed on your computer?

There could also be a multitude of other things causing this, too.
