cflex setting

cflex setting

i was wondering what cflex setting people use to see better numbers like less cflex or more i think i have 3 setting on mine or if u can use it without is it better to not use it at all

I don't think it will change the numbers, I switched from 3 to 2 and had no change, I just wanted to toughen my lungs up. Jim

I think the pressure would probably determine what C-Flex setting I would use.
For me, 2 is fine at my pressure. I thnk if I was using a pressure in excess of (maybe) 15, I might be inclined to use a setting of 3.

IMHO C-flex is purely a comfort adjustment. The larger the C-flex setting the larger the dip from inhale pressure to exhale pressure. For me the changes in pressure and audible change in machine speed are anoyances I don't want so I use a 1.
