I think I am right at about 1 month of using the CPAP machine. Overall I have had positive results including less afternoon irritability, less need for my ADD medication, and feeling more rested many days. The previous time that I posted a chart, it was suggested that I change my minimum pressure to 8, and that did seem to help.
Currently, there are definitely better nights than others, and I am looking for advice to clean up my charts a little more so that I can get more consistency. On a side note, it seems that I have best results when I go to bed more tired.
Here are my last weeks results, I would appreciate any feedback:

Re: Charts after 1 month
Maybe try 8.5 or 9 minimum?
You don't urgently need to clean things up. Some nights are a bit cluttered mainly with snores which could be related to sleep position or REM sleep. Snores are usually easily cleaned up with just a little more pressure.

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
Re: Charts after 1 month
In all the screenshots it does look like a minimum pressure of 9 cm would better control the snores and events. If you want to go 8.5 first and see if that gets you where you want, it might. Up to you.
