Can anyone recommend a good bed wedge to help with positional apnea?
Thanks.

Re: bed wedge
I don't recommend them. We have a long one that raises the head about four inches. If you get one, you need to make sure it is long enough to go from your head to your hips. Shorter ones cause you to bend at the stomach which can contribute to other problems, one of them being reflux.
Instead of using the wedge we bought, we switched to blocks under the legs at the head of the bed. These work just as well and are more convenient.

Re: bed wedge
Thank you Chicago Granny. Actually, the wedge bothered my back so I like your advice about the bed blocks. We used to elevate our bed with blocks when GERD was an issue.
Thanks again.

Re: bed wedge
My only advice for others who may decide to go with a wedge to spare a bed partner from raising the entire bed - get a second leg support pillow, something like this:

Or else consider a full set, something like these:

As either will prevent you from "sliding" down the wedge at night, which can hurt your back, ruin your sleep, etc etc (from personal experience only).
