BUG: Sleepyhead Overview Pressure graph not showing up

Post by kasmca » Fri Feb 03, 2017 8:40 am

Hi there,

In Sleepyhead, my pressure graph in the overview tab is no longer showing up. It used to but now it does not. When you hover over the data it shows -340282346638528859811704183484516925440.0 (cmH2O) for every single day as shown in this screen shot. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks,

The Overview part of SH is a bit buggy...well actually there are several bugs but most are minor annoyances.
You might try doing a brand new user profile and see if it shows up in the new profile.
Or consider using the slightly older version of SH. It works with the AirSense models.
Now if someone is having a bug and they are using the DreamStation they can't use the older version because it's not compatible with the DreamStation.

Anyone wanting to try the older version..

I think the bottom one is the Windows version but I can't swear to it.

Thanks, I'm using the latest version v1.0.0-beta-2 on Windows 10. I did create a new profile and reimported the data. Initially it was fine, but once I started changing my preferences and updating my notes, it reverted back to this bug. I'm trying to recreate the exact steps to see what causes it but have been unsuccessful.

It's probably something in the preferences settings that is causing the bug.
So target whatever you are changing in preferences first in your troubleshooting.
I can't see where doing notes might trigger the bug...but I suppose it wouldn't be impossible.

You don't have to use this latest version with your AirSense machine....you can use the older version and you don't lose anything.
The main thing about this latest version was DreamStation compatibility.

Double check that the pressure graph is still selected by check mark in preferences under waveforms, try changing the selection, click OK. Check that the graph is not turned off (red) at the lower right hand portion of the display. Click to turn on (green).
Interestingly, my overview pressure graph is more to my liking (informative color coding) when it is not checked under Overview in preferences, waveforms, but I'm running 9.8. and it will display two pressure setting graphics in Overview depending on the selections in preferences.
And, to make it a little more difficult, some graphics selection changes aren't applied until after the application is restarted.
