The good news, that dirty germ laden $ 300 is not infecting you anymore, and if any justice is left in the world, the shills that post for them here, are coming down with infections from all the dirty money they acquired. Jim

One more TINY fact: allergies and germs/viruses do not really have much in common.
Even IF sc actually did what they claim, allergens would be largely unaffected.
Things like pollen and fungal spores are NOT MICROBES--
Killing these things (if possible) does nothing to its chemical properties, leaving it completely able to act on allergies.
If you are indeed shilling for NoClean, you are perverting the statements of their own advertising, however untrue they are.

You made a mistake, but kudos to you for being man enough to admit it.
Here is a general rule: If a product is advertised on radio and claims health benefits, it is almost surely a scam.

I really don't care what everyone else says. I have SoClean and I happen to love it. No more "slime" in my humidifier tank and no more stale smell. I feel better and it has helped my sinus issues also. I hated cleaning my machine and hose. SoClean has been a worthwhile investment for me. Obviously, many disagree here, but to each his own.

Oh, goodness. What were you doing to get slime and stale smell? I never get that.

No slime or funk in my tank either.
All it ever needed was distilled water and an occasional wash in Dawn and hot water.
Forget spending the 300 clams, I have much cooler things to buy than a box that does NOTHING.

$300 buys a lot of distilled water which doesn't get you slime and stale smell.

Twenty bucks bought my distiller at a close-out store. 12 cents worth of electricity fills a gallon jug about 7/8 full.
Three hundred clams takes care of most of a decent motel when we go to the next Maker Faire.

No underwear---I don't know whether to be disgusted or a little excited.
