Hey Guys,
Just got a new Dream Machine. My old prescription I used to use had me at 13cfm. Trying to see if the new auto function is the best way to go.
Need help on setting up my new Dream Machine

Based on these numbers and without seeing the graphs...I would maybe try 9 or 10 minimum and the maximum probably isn't all that critical unless the changing pressures cause wake ups...leave it at 20 because the machine will only go up if it thinks it is needed and if it doesn't think it is needed it doesn't make any difference what the max is set at. On this report the highest it went to was 14.70. What we can't tell is how long it might have been up there...that's why the detail graphs are nice to see.tspeerjr wrote:PressureTherapy Pressure (cmH2O)

Dope! Thanks, so much!
Re: Need help on setting up my new Dream Machine
I set my max to 20 also. It won't go there unless it needs to. My min is 13½. If you start having issues with centrals (or "clear airway") apneas, or if the pressure bothers you, then you might want to consider setting the max lower.
