I have an S10 Autoset + P10 mask. How do I show the integral humidifier as part of my setup?

You already are. By selecting the cpap machine you did, it automatically includes the humidifier that is built in.

Just do not show the separate humidifier--it is the wrong one, and the correct one is built in.
