New user help with reports

I have been on DREAMSTATION for 11 nights. Luckily for me, I have no fit/usage issues. I have just downloaded my sleephead reports and have NO IDEA what they mean.

I have screen shots, how do I post them here for help??

Do you have SleepyHead on your Ipad. I don't believe it will download to tablets.
