New user help with reports

I have been on DREAMSTATION for 11 nights. Luckily for me, I have no fit/usage issues. I have just downloaded my sleephead reports and have NO IDEA what they mean.

I have screen shots, how do I post them here for help??

Download them to Imgur.com and leave a link to them in this thread... and don't include the calendar up on the left side so more info listed below it can appear.
