Dorilu,
Just wanted to comment on your leaks and dreamwear mask re size.
As for general leaks, I found that I use a 4" firm foam cervical collar it stops leaks from my mouth. As to the dreanwear, I use the small frame with a small nasal pillow. With either a medium frame or a medium pillow my mask leaks are a real problem. With both together - forget it.
So I would recommend the cervical collar, regardless of which mask you use. And trying a small dreamwear frame and pillow.

Good luck - seems like you are making real progress.

jtravel, thanks for your comment on EPR. I used it last night on a setting of 3. I slept 3 hours more than my usual 5, which I needed, but my AHI went up to 19, with CA's making up 15 of that number.
My AHI may be higher due to the extra hours on the machine, or just a one night score. I'm going to continue to keep EPR on and see how it goes.

jagzoo, thank you for your advice on the cervical collar. I am going to try one. I have been leaving it as a last resort due to the idea that I think it would feel so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep, and therefore defeat therapy in that regard, but so many here are using one with good results. I can adapt to it and it could be the solution to my leaks.
