....data is not showing on MYAIR
....after a full night sleep data is not showing in MYAIR...I have a RESMED airsense 10 Elite. Since I started using this equipment (March 2016) data has shown all the time but lately it takes more than 12 hours to show..has anybody had the same expirience?...has there been any changes?...I do have all the "green bars" at the the right top corner of the small screen...thanks in advance for you help....I do use sleepyhead quite often...

Try unplugging the machine for 10 minutes and then plugging it in. If it still doesn't work, contact the MyAir site to see if it is something obvious.

Yes, I have the same thing happening..it is quirky..sometimes MyAir shows the results within 1 hr or 2 after awakening in the morning, other times it shows up after 6:30pm. I also use Sleepy Head & just if I read the highlighted yellow paragraph at the beginning I can see my leaks & AHI which lets me know how I did the night before...Lil

Results are SUPPOSED to show 1 hour after you turn off the machine, but in reality, it is sometime after Noon (Resmed consider Noon to be the beginning of another day). The OPs data isn't showing at all, which is why I think it's brains are just confused OR something is wiggy with the online account.
ChunkyFrog, I'm not too worried about Skynet, but I really do wish there was a switch to turn off the airplane mode and could mark it not to remind me. I don't use MyAir and my DME doesn't care any more now that I'm past Medicare compliance. I don't want to permanently 'fix it' because it's the only way that they send software updates. I still keep hoping for a software update to shut off airplane mode until I want it on without annoying reminders.

In my experience, it can take 2-3 hours before the data actually shows up on MyAir. I suspect that the earlier you wake up, the longer it waits to send in the data in case you end up going back to sleep.Q. How long after a therapy session has ended will my data be transmitted to myAir?
A. In most cases, your data will be available in myAir one hour after you stop using your device. If you used your device and your data is not yet available, please check back at a later time. Note: You must have cellular reception to transmit data. The device must remain plugged into power and must not be in Airplane Mode.

MyAir has been taking a long time to synch with my machine recently also. I don't know why it does this though. It happened one time a few months ago and I reported it to the company. I forget the exact response they gave but it wasn't particularly helpful. Most times I see results within a couple of hours, sometimes quite quickly. But I have noticed that in the past week or two, there have been numerous times when it has taken around 12 hours to be able to see the results in MyAir. I suspect there is something going on at the Resmed end of the communication system that is causing this occasional delay.

I just got my new machine this past November and I registered for my air on December 5th and my machine sends the data to resmeds myair it takes about an hour to do that. but in your case I don't know why its taking longer to send data you should call your home care provider are you registerd on myair App?

Yes! I thought there was something wrong with my machine. I'm glad you posted this. Since I got the machine last December, it always takes about an hour for the data to show. For the last week and a half, it takes hours........Sometimes I unplug, and plug back in, sometimes I just wait.
