Any experience with DME SleepMed?

Post by Jeannh » Sun Nov 06, 2016 2:54 pm

I'm in the market for a new DME (had enough of Crapria) in No California. My options are limited as they have to be contracted by CareCentrix.
Does anyone have any experience with SleepMed (http://sleepmedinc.com), which in the Bay Area is based in San Jose, CA?

Thanks for any sharing, Jean

Not with Sleepmed no. But if your insurance allows Verus I had good luck with them. Pretty much mail order for me and I know they take Medicare for any other readers.

I use Sleepmed. No major complaints, but, they do "drop the ball" from time to time, so you'll need to keep an eye on what they're doing for you, and additionally, how they bill you and your insurance for it. I get all of my supplies by mail from their warehouse locations, I only get my actual machines at their local office. I DO NOT participate in their automatic ordering program. It's not a good fit for me. Good luck.
