It shouldn't make any difference but make sure anyway.
just to confirm, like the 'sleep quality' on the s9 machines, 'essentials' only controls what shows up on the display.

I know. That's why I said it shouldn't make any difference.
Then again the Datalog folder shouldn't be empty either. I was just grasping at tiny straws.

well, something erased it... maybe a typo, maybe a bad zip... no idea at this point...

I wondered about a bad zip and that's why I asked him to look in the folder on his SD card. Thought maybe a bad zip and I could just have him send me just that folder but I guess there's nothing to zip.
The other files/folders appear to be what they are supposed to be.
Anyway...I have no idea what is going on and we can't do anything about it (if it's gone it's gone) now anyway....just hope that tomorrow things will be back to normal. If not...cross that bridge tomorrow.

Did a reboot last night by unplugging the cpap and plugging it back in. Today I have all the data imported to Sleepyhead. I am still missing the data for nine days but I am happy that i can now get all the data recorded. Thanks for all the help Pugsy, I really appreciate it. Joel

Nothing can be done about the 9 days of missing data. No sense worrying about it. The machine doesn't store those files and if they aren't on the SD card they are not available.
You still have the summary data available for those 9 nights and while not perfect it can get you close enough.

I have no idea what happened to the Datalog folder to cause it to come up empty but just keep an eye out on things.

I came here looking for an answer to the exact same problem. It has been three days since I loaded my SD card into my computer. The last three nights only show summary data and no graphs. All of my other files are still intact. Thanks for the suggestion to unplug and reboot. I will try that.
