Sometimes they cause migraines...for the same reason.
Could it be that for some people sex causes agitation and for some sleepiness? For me is like having a drink...easier to fall asleep at first but then fragmented sleep during the night.

I remember: yes.
This feeling of brain fogginess, I have already 9-10 years ago, when I was living a lone.
At that time I worked until 2-3 AM, then masturbate, then sleep until 11:30-12:00 and go to work.
There is a high enough probability that I already had apnea at that time, and that brain fogginess feeling was not mainly due to a lack of sleep.

Yeah but its tough getting back to sleep at 4am with your mask on
Try putting your mask on your face instead of on your willie.
I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Make up your own comment using "blow" and "hose".

The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

I have found out: morning brain fogginess (around 10:00 AM --> 12:PM) is high if the evening before (from 20:30 until 23:00) I tried to work or use my brain when it was already tired and wanted to sleep.
Having sex does not cause brain fogginess directly, but what I often do is to read erotic stories before having sex , this story reading in the evening causes my brain to work more than it wants to.

When the blood flow switches back to the big brain, from the little brain, fogginess goes away. Jim

No, fogginess happens when the blood flow switches back to the big brain.
