Benefits so far...
Two onths into using my machine and I'm already feeling some changes. Chronic pain condition is improving and I don't feel exhausted by noon, not sure if I owe it all to my little machine but that's my guess. I thought that is already an improvement in my quality of life but I'd like to know whay long term users have seen over the years.
Any other changes we could look forward?

Re: Benefits so far...
May be many... one thing for instance that surprised some was that they found hair loss to improve - oxygen helps so many systems that we don't think about when going onto Cpap!

Some men have reported better golf scores, and reduced ED.
Many people take fewer pee trips at night.
My concentration improved, and I stopped falling asleep at work.

You're right! Keeping an eye open for any changes now.Julie wrote:oxygen helps so many systems that we don't think about when going onto Cpap!
I want to thank you both for your input and being so polite. There are so many rude people in this forum that I'm getting really frustrated.

we'd quit being rude if you'd quit yapping about stuff you know nothing about...Malinalli73 wrote:You're right! Keeping an eye open for any changes now.Julie wrote:oxygen helps so many systems that we don't think about when going onto Cpap!

Never repeat anything told to you by a DME.

Re: Benefits so far...
People obviously don't know (so much of the time) that what they're saying (or repeating having heard it elsewhere) is wrong until they're told, but sometimes telling them nicely what's right (or wrong) can be said for the same price... just saying...
I've gotten into trouble a few times when I didn't know the right questions to ask... and until I found out, probably sounded pretty dumb!

I would, but sometimes I can't even get through to my cat... but then he gives me a hard time about hearsay and demands that I honor Judge Judy (he watches all kinds of nonsense sometimes). I mean do you see any mercy in that face?

I see judgment and criticism that there's not enough food in the food bowl, if you must know...Julie wrote:I would, but sometimes I can't even get through to my cat... but then he gives me a hard time about hearsay and demands that I honor Judge Judy (he watches all kinds of nonsense sometimes).
