Well crap.
I had a model 960 and Encore Basic worked just fine with it and I have the same version you have.

Do you know how to upload a zipped copy of your SD card so that I can try it with both my Basic and Pro?
Zip the entire SD card and put it some place where I can download it and try it with my software?

Let's see if this works.

Zip/compress the entire SD card and upload it here

Then I can get it and play with it and see if I can get Pro to work with it.

I got it.

For some reason it won't work in Encore Basic...I know it should work but it doesn't.
It does work in Encore Pro and I have the reports. Your minimum EPAP is too low. Looks like the machine was left in the factory defaults.
So the minimum EPAP is 4 and it probably needs to be around 7 to deal with the obstructive stuff.
Lots of snores and a sizable number of OAs, Flow limitations and hyponeas with a rare central.

Pro is a bitch but it can be managed. I will send you a link privately in just a little bit where you can get Pro...plus some old instructions I have handy for how to make it less of a headache.

I also checked my SleepyHead and it gives me the same data you get.
Apparently this new version of the 960 machine has something different in the file structure and that's why SleepyHead and Encore Basic won't work with it. When I had my 960 it worked fine with Basic and Sleepyhead but for some reason your 960 must have something different in the files that makes it incompatible with Basic or SleepyHead.
In SleepyHead apparently the AHI is correct near as I can tell but every thing else is whacko.

Pro is a bitch but can be managed and once you get the hang of it....not all that horrible. You have no choice but to use it though.

Here's a guide that will explain what you will see in the Encore reports
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/978 ... 0Guide.pdf

I think if you will change the minimum EPAP to around 7 that your reports should clean up a lot.
