suggestions for adjusting my pressure?
Re: suggestions for adjusting my pressure?
if you feel like tinkering with it, go ahead, but, go slow, look at an average of results over a week or so, since sleep varies from night to night.
Get OSCAR

Re: suggestions for adjusting my pressure?
I'm pretty happy as is- but I guess I'm only tinkering with it to get rid of the cluster of events in the middle of the night? I'll try bringing the minimum up to 10 cm H20. On Sunday night I'll have access to a pulse ox overnight- I'll hook myself up and see what it looks like in the morning. It will be interesting to see if i get hypoxic at all- I did briefly when I did it without CPAP. Thanks for your suggestion.
