Trouble registering

I've tried several time over the last two days. After I accept the term, fill in all info, check the "I am human" box, I click Submit and to loads a blank page. After clicking Refreash, its still blank. I get no confirmation email or other notice. Help?

Okay, fixed... sort of. Turns out I had an old account under a different user and email. Still, I should have been able to register. If, somehow it determine I was the same person, it should have given me an error message
