That's because the links are tied to current stock at cpap.com (who host this forum) and your 60 series machine has been discontinued so the links won't work. It's been replaced by the same model in the DreamStation model line.
Just manually type it in the comments section of the equipment profile so we can see it easily if needed.
Like PR S1 60 Series BiPap Pro or Auto (whichever it is) model 660/760 (whichever it is).

I had forgotten about your myasthenia gravis issue. It might explain the carbon dioxide blow off at the 7 PS which while it isn't horribly high...might be enough to trigger it in your situation.

I had a friend try PS of 10...then nearly had a heart attack when they saw the centrals all over the place. Once the PS was reduced to a more normal 5 the centrals pretty much totally went away except for the normal random central. I tried PS of 6 once but didn't really like the way I felt with the respiration so I don't even think I slept with it at 6...my favorite is 4 or 5.

It will be nice if a little pressure change will resolve your worry about the centrals. You have enough on your plate without having to worry about those little buggers. Do let me know how it works out because that's how I learn this stuff...all the ideas I come up with to offer people are usually related to some past experience that I hear about.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I've been waiting on my doctor to tell me what he plans on doing (changing the pressures back or what). Since he didn't call this past week and his secretary wasn't answering the phone, I went ahead and changed my pressures back to 13/9. My first night I had a 7.9 AHI the second night I had a 1.3 AHI. I haven't looked at the data in SleepyHead, but I'm guessing there weren't many centrals, if any.

So far I'm a happy camper in this department thanks to your help and suggestions! I can't thank you enough. I'm not only relieved, but I had stopped using the machine after my sleep study confirmed our suspicions, so I wasn't getting much "good" sleep. Now I'm getting better sleep but because of the following issue I'm still exhausted.

Insurance wants prior authorization for a medicine I need to be able to focus and stay awake even though I had the medicine last month. So I ran out of medication waiting for them to get the script at the pharmacy (It's a controlled substance so the dr's office has to mail it USPS). Now I'm still out of the medication until insurance gets their crap together.

On top of all of that, I'm getting sick (sinus/head cold) and the heat (75F) has been bother the myasthenia gravis causing muscle weakness and shortness of breath.

Anyway thank you again for all of your help. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it! Thanks again!
