Search engines are pretty good at guessing--and offering more common spellings.
Those that are too restrictive are as good as useless. Gov't sites are like that.
They require perfect spelling, and offer no help to the hordes of unlucky non-spellers.
You can actually use a good search engine to check spelling; as spellcheck is "imperfect".

Why do people delete other's postings? You can delete your own posts, that's your right (kinda leaves a hole in a dialog though, if unquoted *smile*), but deleting other people's thoughts seems like a personal violation to me. Maybe I'm just naive, but I wouldn't consider doing that, it would never occur to me.

Totally agree.

And what is ironic is this keeps happening on a forum that is supposed to be free from any censorship. But deleting posts is the ultimate in censoring forum members.
