Need help with Sleepyhead software
Need help with Sleepyhead software
I don't know if anyone else has had this software issue. I have only been using Sleepyhead for about one week. Last Thursday when I was using Sleephead, I clicked on full-screen version under the "view" menu. The monitor screen immediately went black. I could not access the software at all. I had to do a hard shutdown on the computer. When I turned the computer back on and opened Sleeyhead, I was not able to access any of the commands in the top menu line. I could still access the menu located in the blue area in the right side of the screen, but I could not access any commands on the top horizontal menu. That means I could not print anything from Sleephead or even close Sleepyhead. On Friday I uninstalled the Sleepyhead software and then downloaded the Sleepyhead software hoping that the problem would be solved. Unfortunately, the same problems still exist. Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks.

I'm gonna make a guess that you hit the fullscreen toggle button, which is F11. You can use it to toggle in and out of fullscreen mode, which is mostly used for taking screenshots. In many programs, the escape key will do the same thing, but I don't know if it does in sleepyhead.

No, I did not use the F11. I used the "view" button (in the menu bar) at the top of the screen and selected "full screen" from the drop down list. Escape key has not helped rectify the situation.yaconsult wrote:I'm gonna make a guess that you hit the fullscreen toggle button, which is F11. They do exactly the same thing. So just hit F11 to go out and in to full screen mode.LARS52 wrote:No, I did not use the F11. Mark is taking a hiatus right now (not the first time)... who knows when he'll be back? It can't hurt to try and contact him tho, but don't expect a quick response.Krelvin wrote:Report it to the author, include what version you are using, os and version.LARS52 wrote:Any suggestions on what I should do? I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

might be time to start looking for people that can code, to fork sleepyhead and work on it like they care about the users.Sir NoddinOff wrote:Mark is taking a hiatus right now (not the first time)... who knows when he'll be back?
