It is not a prong in the sense that the Nasal Aire II is a prong that goes into the nares and seals.
It's a pillow like the Swift, but much, much softer and more springy.

The Hybrid pillows rest ON your nares, not IN them. Plus, they are the softest pillow of any I've tried.

If the Swift is squishing up your nose, it's too tight! Losen that sucker up a bit and I bet it will work for ya.

Thanks Laurie--

I will try these. Thanks for posting them!

I would really like the Hybrid to work for me.

Jim-Thanks for the heads up on the Hybrid. I went to bid on it, and the auction on that item is closed. I wish I had moved quicker on that! You know the saying-"you snooze you lose".

I guess I will have to fool around with the swift more...I'm just afraid to have it not work a night and feel lousy the next day. That's all it takes to feel like I used to and I hated that feeling. I had tried to loosen the head gear, but then felt like it would leak around my nose if not in the nares snug enough. But like everything else with this machine/masks...its all trial and error, just hope not to have too many errors.
