why are so many people so violent? why don't they just 'take it off'?
is it a mental psyching themselves out thing?
because when im laying in bed and i get the feeling i have a blanket over my face while breathing i try to hard to just relax my mind and breathing and i end up just RIPPING it off to get the feeling of better air coming into my mouth
so, it is a detrimental, self defeating view issue.

thinking about the whole situation in a more positive light will help you get along with the mask much better.

should be getting the new mask in this weekend. Been still messing around with settings and one night i actually fell alseep with my mask on but oddly woke up from sleep paralysis and once i snapped out of that my mouth was SO dry from the mask i had to take it off and run for some water haha. never had that before so i think im getting closer to sleeping with my mask!

here are some more screen shots of the past few days and messing with some settings to find out pressure. I am using auto with c flex? i dont know what type of flex im suppose to use. c flex feels pretty good so iv been using that. i have no idea what the flex's do though

one more note, with my current mask i feel fine laying down just reading or watching tv with it on while i lay facing the left. when i go to bed and turn onto my right (the way i always sleep) i have such a hard time breathing with my mask and stuff, same with laying on my back. so my main problem is that i feel like i can breathe with the mask when i lay on my left side but i hate doing that while i sleep! maybe the new mask will fix that.
