Can you redo one report image for me please...Sunday May 29...with AHI of 3.19?

Turn off the pie chart first (this will allow the statistics to move in to view)...to turn it off go to SleepyHead/File (upper left corner) click on File...then click on Preferences...then go to the Appearance tab and click on it...then on the right side about midway down...remove the check mark from "show the event pie breakdown chart"....we don't need the pie chart.

On the right side can you manipulate the graphs so that these graphs show
Events
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak

they can be resized and turned on or off and even moved (get wife to help if you have trouble)...we don't need the respiration or snore graphs. See this thread for examples of how we like to see the reports.
You should be able to get 4 graphs on your image.

Depending on what the statistics show...and what the pressure graph shows...I think maybe a small increase in the minimum pressure would help clear up the "clutter" on your events graph...a little too many snores and Flow Limitations to suit me and it might help with the sleeping (can't promise for sure but it might). Plus it might break up those small clusters which again might help. These aren't critical issues but they could potentially be affecting sleep quality as the snores and FLs (not part of the AHI) point to the airway trying to close a little bit.

Thank you.

No evidence of large leaks or mouth breathing at all. The leaks are very well managed...that little spike in leak at around 2:00 AM isn't really that big of a deal because that top leak line is total leak (vent rate plus excess leak) and you had a big spike in pressure at the same time (probably warding off airway collapse of some sort) and vent rates increase as pressure increases so the increase in that top total leak line is actually normal and expected. Even if it was all excess leak it's still way below large leak territory.

It's showing a minimum of 12...I suggest trying 13 cm minimum...see what happens.

Sleep quality is just, if not more, important than the number of hours.
I got a short night last night myself. No special reason...just woke up earlier than usual.
We just keep plugging along. Glad you didn't have a problem with the new minimum..give it a few nights to settle in and then let's see what the reports look like.
