Newbie questions....informational Conferences, meetings, etc

Hello,
Newbie here. this question is two fold:
I went to one informational meeting on CPAP over a year ago. At that meeting I was able to view and learn about the new products on the market.

Can anyone let me know where I can look for any upcoming ones in my area of Massachusetts?

and secondly, I have the currently use the fisher and paykel icon. I like it fine but I have not been able to order replacement parts for it
because I have no way to send them any info on my usage. When I called the supplier they said I have to take my whole unit
to Cumberland RI (almost 45 minutes away) so they can then get my info somehow.

Any help with this would be great as well.
