In the time I've been here the forum has helped me to:
- Purchase a new cpap machine compatible with Sleepyhead. The stats told me how effective the machine and mask were working while I used them (very well I must say).
Fix my mouth breathing issue through the purchase of an inexpensive soft cervical collar. $10 can buy you happiness!!
Tweaked my pressures to find the optimal spot in my therapy.
Change my sleep patterns of stopping my cpap use during normal wakes each night. I went from about 4.25 hours of sleep to an average the last 30 days of 6.75 hours of sleep.
So thanks goes out to all of you. You know who you are. I cannot thank you enough. I'm sure had I not come here I'd still be fum-dumbling around with a Sleep Doc who'd be prescribing the wrong things using the wrong equipment and I'd still feel cruddy.

It was just in the last week that I think I finally caught up on sleep where I've lost all that stored Cortisal in my system. I actually have days now where I wake up and I simply am so sleepy I fall back to sleep. That buzzed feeling when I couldn't sleep was excruciating. I could have hit the snooze 6 times this morning ... lol ... I got up after hitting it twice.
