The planes I have flown recently all have USB power plugs, no regular plugs.

So do we need a USB-powered cpap?
Not going to happen. My cpap needs 30 watts, (90 watts, wet)
USB outlets will not handle that load.
Niche market for medical overnight is way too small to interest any commercial airline.
Fly private, take the train, or invest in a battery!
