Help interpreting the data

Post by Jane Jetson » Wed Apr 27, 2016 3:20 pm

I am relatively new to cpap. I have been on since late December and I am still trying to find my way. I have improved and no longer need to nap everyday but I would still like more energy. I was told someone could give me a few pointers on the data. I was on sleepyhead but it doesn't seem to show as much information as others have posted. Is it because I have a Mac? I can seem to cut and paste either. If I know the data that is needed for interpretation, I can add it manually.

Thanks

I know nothing about a Mac, but the data you posted is not very useful.

This will help...step by step To Organize Graphs, To Take Screan Shots, and Post to Imgur and post them here to Cpaptalk:

https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepy ... screenshot

When posting Daily Detailed Data, the most important things to include in the screenshot are:
1) The Left Sidebar with all the summary data.
(Turn off the Pie Chart so that we can see the statistical data for the leak rate and the pressure. .....To turn the Pie Chart off: Click on File- Preferences- Appearance then uncheck Show event breakdown pie chart. ALSO: Turn off the right sidebar. To do this: Click on view then uncheck the Right sidebar. )
2) The event table at the top if the graphs.
3) The flow rate graph
4) The pressure graph when you use Auto (not mask pressure)
5) The leak graph
6) Flow Limitation graph - Myself, I like to see this one. But don't squish the graphs so much that the scale on the left of the graph is useless....
