I don't take it anymore, can't tell any difference in my getting/going back to sleep. Wifey eats it by the hand full. Claims she needs it to sleep. I suggested she discuss this with her PCP, but she won't. After 48 years of "Marital Bliss", whatcha gonna do?
Cheers,

Depending on what study you believe, melatonin can be used to treat circadian rhythm disorders.

Personally, in limited trials, I have had little success with it even at very small doses. But I am happy for the folks who have been successful using it.

Melatonin never helped me when I was struggling with sleep last year.
And neither did Zopiclone.

This year my sleep is much better. I've changed my eating habits drastically, and this seems to have helped in the sleep dept.

Good for you, Arlene! So many people want a pill solution and will not put in any effort on their own. Glad to see you accepted responsibility for yourself.
