I don't know yet, to find out with my doctors. My personal opinion is that we are always better off finding the underlying cause of our symptoms than treating the symptoms with drugs that bring other side effects and problems.i'll read that bulletproof guy, but I also heard Modafinil (Provigil) or Armodafinil (Nuvigil) are great ? Probably shallow breathing happens to me as well. I've talked to my doctor. My determination has convinced him: he accept my using the CPAP while working.chillAtGVC wrote:I tend to be a shallow breather, especially when I am concentrating on something. Regardless, I'd be pressing my doctor to make some more in-depth investigations. A day time oximetry test seems like a good first step
