Respironics Bipap autoSV humidifier
Respironics Bipap autoSV humidifier
After not using my Bipap for several years again needing to use it. My unit sits on base with heating plate for humidifier , plastic humidifier slides in above heating plate. I can not figure out how to connect base plate with heating pad so power heats plate. My supplier out of business respironics does not respond to my inquiries.

It's a little difficult to know which generation of machine you're talking about, but I'm going to assume it's the "Legacy" series.Raleighdave1957 wrote:After not using my Bipap for several years again needing to use it. There should be a separate power block that's plugged into the upper back of your machine. And, then another cord (like an appliance or computer cord) with a dual connector plug that plugs into that power block and the other end into the power from an electrical socket. To use the heated humidifier, the heated humidifier base also has (in the back) a matching plug connector and another "pigtail" connector coming out of it.
You would plug the longer cord/plug from the wall into the receptacle in the back of the HH base and the pigtail from the base into the power block.

Sorry, you've got us shooting in the dark here... please take out the humidifier tank and disconnect the power, then flip over the blower unit and write down what is on the white stickers on the bottom, then post that here. That will help alot.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
