To OP,
If the mask is not working properly you need to see either the DME or your Doctor, not sure about your DME but mine has a 30 day mask swap policy in case I not get used with a different mask, so you should check with them.
I believe an alternative for you would be the Ultra Mirage mask which is more like the pilot fighter type you described and will certainly hold better on your fcae however it will be bulkier than the Amara.
I've been using the Ultra Mirage for years and it a great mask.

I got an Amara view today along with a new machine but because is the first night using a different machine I will keep using the Ultra Mirage until I get used with the Dreamstation.

I believe an alternative for you would be the Mirage Quattro mask which is more like the pilot fighter type you described and will certainly hold better on your fcae however it will be bulkier than the Amara.

Morchella: Well, great! The medium was ok, but it felt like my lips were getting sucked through the opening for them after a night wearing the thing. My lips probably kept it from sliding up my face to my nose.
Anyway, yeah, glad it gave you some inspiration!

That is very similar to the one I also have, triangle shaped (at least the part that covers your face) and has a forehead strap and such. It also seemed to creep up my head as does the View, obviously without hitting my nose. But, I think I'm going to keep going with the View; my improvised chin strap seems to keep my mouth closed at night, which I read on these forums is generally a good thing - reintroducing us to breathing through our noses as night.Hawk600 wrote:To OP,
