Metsfan and Hose Covers - Received

For those of you waiting on an order from Metsfan --

He has some very serious medical problems. I do not feel comfortable going into specifics, but suffice it to say he's been having a very difficult time.

His wife has been trying to watch his PM's and stay in touch with people. Obviously she's got her hands full and is doing the best she can to respond and try to make covers when she can.

He said that anyone that wants their money back, please PM him. He'll still send you the cover when he can. He said it was never about the money anyway.

I told him NOT to refund mine and just to send it when he's recovered or his wife has the time/energy to do it.

I have an order in for a 2nd hose cover. My first one came extra fast and I love it, thus the order for the second one.

When I first asked him about my order, he had a horrible cold/flu thing and had been down for several days. He said he would get on it as soon as he could and told me he would wash my cover a couple times to ensure all germs were removed. But he had another issue that apparently got VERY bad and put him in the hospital. He just got out yesterday morning.

Because it was my 2nd order, I knew based on how well he did with the first, that this was not normal for him and figured something was up.

I asked him if I could post so that others waiting on orders would know and not think they had been taken. His offer to refund money and still send the covers says a lot about his character.

It will be at least a month, but I suspect it may be longer.

I am so sorry he isn't feeling well at all! I knew something was up when we had been talking and he said he had my hose cover basically done and just needed to get is shipped out. I am sorry he is going through so much. My thoughts are with him and his family. No refund for me. I will wait and if he can get to it great if not he has a tiny bit of extra money. So I am not worrying about it.

I just received a PM from Metsfan's wife who said that SHE is answering PM's as best she can and has been working to try to finish "this round" of orders (as she put it). She said they are almost done.

She and Metsfan truly appreciate everyone's patience and good wishes for his recovery.

I can vouch for Metsfan also; I bought a mask from him last year. Eric is an upstanding and honest individual, and I am also sorry to hear he has been so sick

I received my hose cover from him today. Just letting everyone know that he's working on them and if you have an order in with him, you should get it soon.

He's still recovering. I know he truly appreciates everyone's patience.
