What is the main cause of ahi going up? I am taking Lunesta and was told that it would be ok with sleep apnea.

It can be any number of things. I've been reading here for about six months and would say getting sick is the main cause I've seen. Certainly happened with me. I also believe getting stressed out can throw you off kilter. Medications, sleeping on your back, travel, gaining weight, not getting enough exercise, any number of things.
