Post by Sleepless on LI » Sun Aug 27, 2006 8:30 pm

Although it sounds like a cereal, does anyone know anything about this mask?

I thought it was one of the brand names they experimented with before settling on Toyota -- toys being more fun than soy...or something like that....

"Ask your doctor if Soyala is right for you. Do not use Soyala if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Do not use Soyala if you have a heart condition that might be affected by it's use. If you experience apneas longer than four hours, contact your doctor immediately. Yadda, yadda, yadda...."

From where I'm sittin', it looks like you started it with that remark about it sounding like a cereal.....
But, I've done my best to refrain from throwing in my own attempt at humor

Den,

Point well taken, I must admit.

Go ahead, give it your best shot. Actually, this is kind of amusing - and I wouldn't want you to feel denied.

Makes me think of "SOYLENT GREEN"!!

Anyone else remember the movie??

Early 70's (probably, not real sure) Sci-fi.

Seriously, I have never heard of it before, so know nothing to contribute.

So back to the original question (ahem), does anyone have any information on this mask other than what's on the site about it? Hate to break up the fun and games, but...actually, continue on, please. It's probably a lot more enjoyable than talking about masks all the time.

Well as a baby name Soyala is a Female name derived from the Hopi NativeAmericans meaning Time of the winter solstice.

Grab!!! Have I been away too often to notice you have returned or have you just appeared out of nowhere??? How are you? If I wasn't so happy to see you, I'd have to answer you with some snyde comment.

So do you think a name which means Time of the Winter Solstice was chosen for a mask for any reason relating to OSA??? Nah.

I have not been around in a while myself. The occasional browse but I haven't posted in ages. One of those "now that Cpap is working well for me..." people who have drifted away from the regular posting. But I saw the opportunity to be a pain in the butt and jumped at it

I am doing very well for a lunatic It is nice to see the familliar names still around and lots of new ones too Image
