Getting new resmed AirSense

Hello everyone
I'm getting my new machine AirSense s10 auto set with PILAIRO Q nasal mask. No compliance, download and no one monitoring. Those DME they are such bullies and act as if our life depends on them. Anyway I m here to thank every one for their support and inputs. Looking forward to receiving it.
