DeVilbiss software

Post by djtowle » Fri Mar 04, 2016 6:07 pm

HI, is there any software out there that reads DeVilbiss software. I used to have there consumer disk, but have misplaced and the windows partition on my mac died taking the working copy with it.

I have tried Sleepyhead a couple of times, but cannot get it to see/load the data files.

TIA

SH should support the DeVilbiss Intellipap CPAP/Auto (These machines don't store flow waveforms)

Yes I saw it was supported but several months back I could not get Sleepyhead to see/read the data. I tried again last week same problems.

Are you using the module, and do you have the clinician manual?

I have the Module on the mk 1 and the mark 2 (brand new) doesn't have a module as far as I know, just rights to the card direct.

Clinician manual. Probably have had it here at some point, but not in front of me at the moment. Do not have for the Mk 2 machine

Here's a copy/paste from Apnea board with some details. I've had no response thus far.
I cannot seem to get up and running with Sleepyhead. Cannot get any initial data into the program. I tried SleepyHead +/- 2 years ago and had the same problem with Devilbiss Intellipap (mk I). Below are details from today with latest.greatest versions and the DeVilbiss Intellipap II.

Mac OS X 10.11.3

Sleepyhead Mac - v0.9.8-1-T3-testing

Devilbiss Intellipap II
(same issue with Intellipap I)

Installed Sleepyhead, Create Profile, OK get on with it, Click CPAP Importer Icon. (card is already mounted, on desktop, and files inside are visible.)

Dialog 'please insert... CPAP data card' progress bar (seems more of a timer), and a button 'choose a folder'

Progress bar runs out. File open save dialog opens. I choose the SD card in the dialog and close. Nothing happens. Back at Sleepyhead import some data screen. Click on CPAP importer again. same insert card dialog, followed by crash when progress bar reaches the end.

I've tried multiple permutations and combinations from above. starting import from either of the 2 import icons, also the pull down import (f2) menu. Inserting/mounting the SD card after the 'insert card' dialog appears. copying the files to the computer first then choosing the folder. Creating new user each time. etc. All result in no data imported and a crash on the second attempt.

Help please. Thanks.

Uploaded data from Mk 1 and Mk 2 machines in a zip archive.
Thank you for checking for me. I am suspecting something in Mac OS X.11.X is messing with loading the files?

Also would a crash log be of any interest?

it dies on me too, with the beta version, and I use linux. Mark's looking at the crash right now.

could you confirm exactly which machines you have? (I'm making a guess, but I'd rather know for sure.

Yes one is original IntelliPap Auto machine. Other is IntelliPap 2 just came out about 2-3 months ago, also has pressure relief.
