Let us know how they respond. Back when the mask first came out I called them asking about the headgear slipping. They didn't seem interested just "oh really". Then they asked f I wanted to participate in mask testing. Connected me to a technician who then diverted the conversation by asking if I tried the Amaraview. I hope you have better luck.

I wear a cervical collar to help me keep my mouth shut and the other night I had an idea. I have never tried this so I don't know if it will work or not but I thought if you had a way to anchor the back strap to the collar it would hold it down. You could even try something as simple as a ribbon trying the straps together. If that worked you could go on and sew on some loops. My hair is long so I never have a problem with my back straps. This is part of the reason my hair is long.

I had the problem with headgear riding up also.

What I worked out was the hoops that hold the headgear are in a position that wants to lift the headgear up. This cause by the main head band being to forward on the head, I.e to small.
I resolved this by up sizing the main head band.

Hope this helps.
