Hello & Check In

Post by Hopefullady » Tue Jan 19, 2016 10:15 am

Hi All.

Thank you all for your help this past year. Haven't been here for a month or two.
Two days before Christmas I entered a women's shelter and the bed here is surprisingly comfortable. I can stomach sleep half the night which is great, but side sleeping (which body demands I do the other half of the night) is difficult due to myalgias/pain on sides. If I could heal myalgias I'd be fine. Apneas only prevelant on back.

I can stay here for 3 months. During that time I will work on body pain but if it doesn't improve I will have a titration study to hopefully get insurance to give me bipap since doc says I was failing CPAP.

For someone like me who can get by if able to stomach or side sleep, not having to use CPAP would be nice. It would also be better than dragging around a machine from shelter to shelter.

BTW I am hoping some housing will come in within 6 months and working hard at that!

Hope you are all well, rested, healthy and happy in 2016

Glad to hear you are safe and, for the most part, well. You sound good.
