Click on the "User Control Panel" in the upper right corner of the page. You will see a heading for private messages. When you get to the message page, type the receiver name in the to box and press "ADD" button. Type in your subject and message. Then press "submit" button.

.
I'm still not familiar with how to send a private email, but I'm interested in testing the pillow. Thanks!

Joe, that's a correct assumption. If you haven't heard from me the trial was already closed or you weren't a good fit. In am probably looking for a few more people in about a week but will also probably set it up so it's not a totally free trial, either. Based on the round I did in April it's really surprising how many people tell me a great story, get a totally free pillow, and then disappear, never to be heard from again.... In the past when I have required at least some level of payment then only truly interested people apply and my feedback response rate is much higher. Lessons learned, again!
So please keep sending me emails. I will collect them for future reference. I especially want people who have used lots of different types of pillows in the past.

I must say this is an amazing product and I did miss it a lot when I forgot to pack it when I traveled for the holidays

I agree - love this pillow, haven't used another since I received this one.
First I took about half of the stuffing out( the bag and a cup to do this with are actually included) then I added back in the foam pieces that had come out- to make it softer ( again, according to included instructions). It was surprisingly great! As the hulls settled, I have added a few back in.
Only pillow I sleep with now.
If you need a pillow for your APAP, this is worth buying before any other.
