After a couple nights of trying it, I couldn't sleep through the night. I decided to try a mouth piece, which has been much more comfortable for me. But now I have the machine and would like to sell it to someone who can actually use it. Thanks for your information and insight, as this is an entirely new thing to me.
You shouldn't give up so easily and quickly. That's why this forum exists......to help people use their therapy.
I'd be willing to bet your insurance provider is still making payments on it and you may be committing insurance fraud if you sell it.
The other thing is that at some point.......YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT!!! Right now you THINK the mouth piece is easier, but unless you have a full-blown in-lab sleep study with it, you can't say that it's helping.

If it's an Autoset as you stated by that model number, it's data-capable and would allow you to monitor your therapy.

Don't sell it........keep trying.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE MOUTHPIECE/DENTAL DEVICE. WHEN I WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED I WAS GIVEN THAT AS AN OPTION FIRST. I GOT IT AFTER 2 MONTHS I ENDED UP WITH TMJ AND HAD TO SWITCH TO CPAP. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS TO GET THE TMJ SYMPTOMS.
