Sore nose

Post by Novi » Sun Dec 20, 2015 2:37 pm

Started 2 months ago and ffm did not work. I am a mouth breather. I tried the P10, but had too many leaks. Have been using the Nuance nasal pillows and they have been working great. Had a slightly sore nose and then that went away. Now I am experiencing the sore nose again. It is really sore. Suggestions please.

I used to get sores from these nasal pillows:

but ever since I started using these, on the Nuance Pro, I haven't had a problem:

However, I guess you are getting sores with that last one, right? I don't know what to tell you. Can you loosen the headgear so it doesn't apply as much force? Seems like I heard that newbies often start out with the headgear tighter than it needs to be. Otherwise, maybe it's an individual thing, and you just need to try another nasal pillow.

Good luck!

Try using Lansinoh Cream. You can find it in a pharmacy, Walmart, Target, etc. It's very safe; many people here have used it. I used it for awhile but no longer need it. Use a tiny amount at night and some during the day. I think it will take care of your problem.
