If you like the Dream Wear Mask question

Is this the first nasal pillow type mask you tried or did you have a bad experience with nasal prongs used on other popular nasal pillow masks.

I am a new CPAP user of 2 weeks, I had the Aitfit P10 and just slept with the Dreamwear last night for the first time. That's all it took me, I'm now a Dreamware user. Amazing, amazing design, love that nothing is sticking in my nose, love that no hose is hanging off my face. Much more comfortable for me and a better fit.

Masks are a personal choice and I'm not saying the P10 isn't also a great mask, it will be better for some, but for me the Dreamware works better. You should read the long 10+ page thread on it, which is currently on the first page of the forum, if you haven't already, so that you see the different experiences users are having.

Fully understand your point of view that's why I asked the question the way I did. I was fitted for the a Dream Wear mask before any comments really started showing up. Read every post but still interested in the attraction. Let me get more specific. My experience with the Dream Wear mask appears to be different than most or is it? I discovered the first night after being fitted by my DME that any contact with my pillow caused the head gear to slip upward. The design of the mask prevents over tightening. Over tighten will collapse the pillow area. I could see if you have a pony tail or a mullet you could tuck the head gear under your hair. Once the head gear moves out of position the frame starts to move around breaking seal. The next issue is the air jet from the pillow vent. This may be in line with other masks but it is annoying. In my attempt to stabilize the head gear I tried medium and large frames.
