How do I know what software I'm using?

If you have to ask, you probably aren't using software.

The doctor and DME don't usually give you software. They are starting to give some people some sort of online checkup app, but it's a very cursory view of the data. SleepyHead and ResScan are much more comprehensive programs that can tell you a lot about how your therapy is working.

You can find more info on these programs on this board, or in the Useful Links in my signature line at the bottom of this post.

Thanks. Mine did tell me about My Air where I can go look at my stats. I haven't checked it out yet though.

My Air is a very basic view to encourage use. If you really want to look at detailed data you take your SD card and read it in your computer using one of 2 programs. Rescan for Resmed is what the doctor uses but is often more difficult to use than Sleepyhead which most use here. Sleepyhead is a free program that you can learn about and download from here. https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead Look through and read all of the other links. Lots of useful info.
