What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
I am just curious of the people who do use full face masks what is your favorite or go to and why? I know this has probably been discussed over and over and it is probably me beating a dead horse, but I did do a small search and didn't see anything recent. I am a nasal pillow user myself, but I am thinking of trying a full face mask which I have not done. I know that your opinion will differ to mine and that is why I love this. I love hearing people's opinions because everyone has a different one and it is for different reasons. This to me is very fascinating and interesting. So lets hear it Full Face mask users!

I have only used one full face mask - ResMed F10. I find it quiet and comfortable

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
Thank you for that. I was just trying to start a discussion, but I could just delete the post and go read the reviews like you said. I guess wanting to interact while hearing someone give their opinion is not for everyone and maybe this should be deleted. Someone please let me know if it needs to be and I will do so.LSAT wrote:CaptainRaven40 wrote:I am just curious of the people who do use full face masks what is your favorite or go to and why? Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
I have heard a lot of people advocating for this mask. It being quiet and not blowing my wife out of the bed would be a plus for me. I am glad it is comfortable for you. I use the nasal pillows from Resmed from that same line and I love how quiet they are and they don't blow bad at all. Thank you for sharing.Reuven Gruber wrote:I have only used one full face mask - ResMed F10. I find it quiet and comfortable

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
My favorite is the one in my profile......the ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face. I did a good deal of research and comparing before I started therapy. It's the one I started with......and with the exception of trying a couple of others over the years, it's the one I use night after night. It's comfortable and I hardly know I'm wearing it. Easy on and easy off. I only have to fasten/unfasten one of the clips to get it on or off.CaptainRaven40 wrote:I am just curious of the people who do use full face masks what is your favorite or go to and why? Now that is awesome. One mask and you found the right one. Your research I would say for sure paid off. I have also heard good things about this mask and of course negatives. But from what I have read the people who love it. Love it. And can't find another mask that can beat it for them. So that is awesome and it for sure makes therapy much more pleasant and easier when you have the right one for you.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
I myself have used - Amera, mirage Quattro, Quattro air, Quattro fx...out of all of them I LOVE my Airflow F10!
I am going to check out the Amera View nov 3rd for fitting on that.
It's light, seals nice isn't bulky etc....
But, everyone has diff faces, preferences etc...
I just got a Nuance Nasal Pillow mask having never used that pillow style, but my go till I try the Amera View def my Airfit F10! I like having choices and some night am stuffy or just wanna use the Full Face vs Pillows or nasal masks. I tend to just nasal breath in the Full Face but it's nice too be able to open my mouth if needed etc

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
You have tried a few. I heard the Amara View just an opinion I heard is that this particular mask starts out feeling nice the first night. Then on the second night or so you notice that it had some harder plastic pieces that are unforgiving and tear up the face some. Just what I heard. It may be a great mask I don't know. I am sure some love it and could say a lot more about it than me. The F10 looks like it is pretty popular right now and it is great to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions.metsfan302 wrote:I myself have used - Amera, mirage Quattro, Quattro air, Quattro fx...out of all of them I LOVE my Airflow F10!

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
I started with the Simplus, size Medium. It's what I had used at my titration.
When i started having some rash issues I tried the Fit F10. Sizing indicated a medium but it felt too small to me. So I tried a Large. Now it felt too big but I had used up my one exchange on that "window" with the DME so I was kind of stuck with it.
I bought another Simplus cushion on Amazon for $20 and snapped that onto the original frame and have gone back to that. I've had good results with the new cushion and use the F10 for a change up/backup.
I do have some curiosity on if anything would work better for me but I'll stick with the Simplus I guess.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Full Face Mask
I use the Zzz-Mask Full Face CPAP Mask by Probasics.
I like that it does not have the forehead support, and more then anything else I like the price. Compared the price to Resmed masks this mask is half price, and the replacement cushions are about half also. The mask works well for me, but every one is different. I have high pressure settings of 23/19, and so far this mask serves me well.
I wish you well...
