Windows 10 problems

Problem solved, Many thanks to Jay, Pugsy and Cpaptalk for staying with the problem. It was a permission problem and I performed both of the suggestions as follows:
"I'm not sure which folder the writer is referring to above as "read only", but you might check the permissions of the Documents and SleepyHead data folders (file explorer\This PC\OS(C:)\user\name\documents\properties\security) and (file explorer\This PC\OS(C:)\user\name\documents\SleepyHead data testing\properties\security) to ensure all users have full access. Right click on the folders to bring up the dialogue box, select properties and then look under the security tab"
