Medicare DME's and InnoMed/RespCare Hybrid mask

Post by violetpro » Tue Sep 22, 2015 10:25 am

Has anyone found a Medicare approved DME that sells the InnoMed/RespCare hybrid full face mask? I'd appreciate hearing from you. My local DME will not supply it. Thank-you for any assistance you can offer.

That's a sorry ass DME in my opinion. My local guy does not stock it, but he looks it up on line and orders it when I need another one.

Try googling, "DME, (city name)" and then call around.

No.

It's this one - https://www.cpap.com/productpage/RespCa ... -Mask.html

But she wants to buy it from a local DME so Medicare will pay.

Hi, everyone,

Thank-you for all your replies. This information is very helpful because I was hoping to not have to call all 32 national Medicare DME's and wade through their phone trees. You've given me a great place to start.

http://verushealthcare.com/buydirect/in ... ybrid-mask Thank-you, Sonnyboy. This one appears to be the correct "shell," but doesn't show the headgear. At that price, it should. Maybe they raise the price because they know it'll be discounted so much by Medicare. I'll call them to clarify.

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/RespCa ... -Mask.html Thank-you, Chevie. You're right. I could be wrong, but to me, this one appears to be the same mask as above, but including the headgear.

I'm grateful for all your help.
