No one sleeps or breathes exactly the same every night. It only take 10 seconds for an apnea to be recorded.

Your numbers are all over the place but some of them could be related to the machine flagging awake/semi awake breathing irregularities since you are reporting that you wake often during the night.

You really need to get the software (SleepyHead works with your machine) and evaluate the details in more depth. On the face of it the AHI is too high...now is it too high because the pressure isn't optimal or is there a leak impacting therapy or is it likely awake breathing...we don't know until we look at the actual reports.
You can find out about SleepyHead here

See my tutorial on understanding SleepyHead in the Announcements section of the main forum page.

What can I do to bring down my AHI to 5? Is it normal my AHI between 9 to 15?

I don't know what you can do to reduce the AHI below 5.0 because I don't know what the AHI is made up of.
No, it is not normal to have the AHI above 5.0 but if some of the events that are flagged are Clear Airway events...we can't reduce them with pressure increases.
Now if your AHI is made up of primarily obstructive apneas or hyponeas then more pressure should help.

So without knowing what that AHI is made up of....w have no way of knowing what to tell you to do.
You have to use the software and let us see what you are seeing on the software for us to have any idea what to suggest that you do (if anything). Look at this thread for examples of what we need to see to help you decide what to do.

And this for specifics on how to organize and post the images so we can see what you are seeing

Is it normal I wake up middle of night? And what can I do not to wake middle of the night?

It's normal to wake up a little after a REM cycle. Sometimes we remember it and sometimes we don't.
How to fix your unwanted wake ups...don't know because I don't know what is causing them.
Might be an apnea event related wake up...need to see the software reports...might be related to leak...need to see the software reports...might be totally unrelated to sleep apnea.

Gotta start somewhere and the starting point has to be the software reports.
My crystal ball is broken and you are asking questions that I can only guess at without having some sort of data input from your machine to help me out.
Your AHI is not optimal...but as to why it is not optimal we don't know and we have the data available..let's use it instead of guessing. It's hard enough to come up with good solid advice even with the data..impossible without it.

I won't advise anything until I see some reports. I won't advise a pressure change until I see what that AHI is made up of. It it is all Clear Airway...more pressure could make things worse.
